"Zextiria" is the company's name; it is not related to the video game "Tales of Zestiria".

## How every product works

1. **Propose**: the agent does the work and puts up a change. It never writes straight into the record.
2. **Approve**: a named person with the authority to say yes says yes, or does not.
3. **Record**: what was proposed, who approved it and when all stay visible afterwards.
